AI sprite sheet generator for game characters
Describe a character. Gensprite draws it as a transparent sprite, turns it around to face four or eight ways, and animates it, then hands back every frame as a PNG, ready to pack into a sprite sheet.

How it works
- 1Describe the characterA sentence is enough: who they are, what they wear, how they stand. Pin a style, from realistic to cartoon, anime or hand-painted, or let the model choose.
- 2Turn it aroundThe same character from the front, right, back and left, or from all eight sides, drawn to match.
- 3Animate itName a motion, such as a walk cycle or a sword swing. Every direction comes back as numbered frames with a suggested loop.
- 4Take it to your engineDownload the frames, or export a Godot package whose import script builds the SpriteFrames for you.

Questions
- Is this pixel art?
- No. Gensprite draws realistic or stylized raster art at a generous size, meant to be scaled down in the engine. It is not a pixel art tool.
- Which engines can use the frames?
- Any engine that takes PNG frames: Godot, Unity, Unreal, GameMaker, Phaser and the rest. Godot also gets a package with an import script.
- Can I use the sprites in a commercial game?
- Yes. You own what you generate and can use it commercially with no attribution owed. Until an account's first purchase its images are shown with a watermark; any purchase removes it.
